UNDERWATER SPORTS USER GROUP AGREEMENTUnderwater Sports User Group Agreement • May 21st, 2014
(“User Group”) for the hire and use of Belgravia Leisure’s aquatic facilities (“Site”) for the purpose of the User Group members undertaking underwater sports as indicated below. Belgravia Leisure, to the best of its ability, will provide a venue that is fit for use and has risk and hazard processes in place for the usual activities that take place on site. The User Group acknowledges that the underwater sports activities it carries out in Belgravia Leisure’s site are beyond the expertise of Belgravia Leisure and the User Group agrees to assume responsibility for the risks associated with its players undertaking the sport(s) in Belgravia Leisure’s site as indicated in the Conditions of Use below.
