Pima Pistol Club (“PPC”) has ranges and a classroom available for rental. That includes, but is not limited to, classes in firearms safety, basic pistol, practical shooting, hunter safety, and law enforcement training. In order to hold a class, the Principal (the responsible party) and Instructors must be certified in the subject matter being taught and the Principal must submit proof of current liability insurance. All classes must be approved by PPC’s Board of Directors (“BOD”) PRIOR to classes being scheduled or held. The following is information regarding Range/Classroom fees as well as range policy requirements.

Council provides as far as is reasonably practicable grounds & facilities that are fit for use and have inspection programs for each facility, which are carried out on a cyclical basis during normal working hours Monday to Friday.

WINTER RATES (NOVEMBER 1ST thru APRIL 30TH) Classroom: $20/hr. (2 hrs. min.)Ranges #3, #4, and #9 (the pit): $30/hr. (2 hrs. min.) All other ranges: $20/hr. (2 hrs. min.) NOTES: Ranges #6 & #8 are not available for use at any time. Ranges #3 & #4 will not be reserved for the same date & time (ex. If a class is already scheduled for Range #3, Range #4 will not be available during the same time period.). The BOD will assign the range(s) upon approval of the User Agreement. A $25.00 non-refundable Administration fee must be submitted to PPC a minimum of fifteen (15) days prior to the Event being held or is due immediately if the Event occurs in less than fifteen (15) days.Events will not be scheduled until the Administration fee is received. Since meals and any special dietary needs are purchased and staff are secured for each retreat based on your guaranteed number*, there is no discount for those in your group who do not attend meals. Groups are held accountable for 100% of the guaranteed number of attendees for meal costs. Non-refundable deposit fee is 10% of your total quoted fee amount but not less than $100. Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 11am (exceptions must be approved in advance by office).

Belgravia Leisure, to the best of its ability, will provide a venue that is fit for use and has risk and hazard processes in place for the usual activities that take place on site. The User Group acknowledges that the underwater sports activities it carries out in Belgravia Leisure’s site are beyond the expertise of Belgravia Leisure and the User Group agrees to assume responsibility for the risks associated with its players undertaking the sport(s) in Belgravia Leisure’s site as indicated in the Conditions of Use below.
