THIS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into this day of , 2016 (“Execution Date”), by and between the CITY OF BURBANK, a charter city and municipal corporation (the “City”), and the BURBANK-GLENDALE- PASADENA AIRPORT AUTHORITY, a joint powers agency (the “Authority”). The City and the Authority are from time to time hereinafter referred to individually as a “party” and collectively as the “parties.”
