Education, (hereinafter referred to as the “Board”) and Ridgefield BOE Nurses, UPSEU Local 424 - Unit 56, (hereinafter referred to as the “Union”). It is the desire of the parties to the Agreement that the Board, the Union and their respective representatives shall encourage the conduct of business is such a manner as to promote dignity and respect between the parties and to the employees of the bargaining unit. The Board and the Union shall not discriminate against any employee on the basis of Union membership or activity.
