This Agreement is a result of collective negotiations between the Board of Education, Riverhead Central School District, Riverhead, New York (hereinafter referred to as “Board”) and the Riverhead Central Faculty Association (hereinafter referred to as “Association”) which have been conducted under the requirements and directives of the Public Employees Fair Employment Act (Taylor Law). The provisions of this Agreement supersede all conflicting policies and directives of the Board and may be changed only through the mutual agreements of the Board and the Association.
