This Agreement shall be effective as of September 1, 2011 2013, and shall continue in effect until the 31st day of August 2013 2016. The Agreement shall be opened for salary schedule, insurance benefit, additional per diem days, and class size if the District suffers a funding loss or change in funding system as a result of legislative action.
