(“SteadyStack” or “us”) and any holder of any SteadyStack NFT (defined below) (“you” or “Holder”). SteadyStack and each Holder may be referred to throughout this Agreement collectively as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party”. By purchasing or otherwise holding an SteadyStack NFT, you acknowledge that you have carefully read and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
