Employees of the bargaining unit shall be allowed to attend up to four (4) hours of SRCCPA meetings per year (July 1 - June 30), with the exception of any meeting(s) called by the College President or selected designee, without loss of pay, provided the Employee can arrange for coverage of their employment duties with supervisory approval. The Association shall conduct its meetings at times that cause the least disruption of services. The Human Resources Director must be given 48 hours written notice of all meetings as well as an estimated duration of the meeting 5
