COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THECollective Bargaining Agreement • November 19th, 2022
This Agreement is made pursuant to the Local Government-Employee Management Relations Act by and between the City of Mesquite, Nevada, a local government employer (hereinafter, the ''City") and the General Sales Drivers, Delivery Drivers & Helpers, and Public Sector, Teamsters Local Union No. 14, affiliated with the lnternational Brotherhood of Teamsters (hereinafter, the "Union") as the recognized bargaining agent for those positions identified in Article I. The City and the Union are referred to collectively as the "Parties."
