The Board recognizes the Association as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent in accordance with the Municipal Public Employees Labor Relations Law (hereinafter “MPELRL”) (26 M.R.S.A. Section 961 et seq.) for a unit consisting of Educational Technicians I, II and III (including Duty Monitors), and the School Secretaries (excluding Adult Education), but excluding all employees excluded from the definition of “public employee” in the MPELRL.
