This Agreement, made this 27th day of March, 2017, by and among Becky Klotz (hereinafter “Klotz”), the O’Fallon Classroom Federation of Teachers, IFT/AFT (hereinafter “Union”), and the Board of Education of O’Fallon Community Consolidated School District No. 90 (hereinafter “the Board” or “the District”);
