These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern each quotation, order and agreement ("Agreement") between Builtrite Scaffolding Pty Ltd ABN 72 160 311 142 ("Builtrite") and the party named in the Agreement as the customer ("Customer") for the hire or supply of equipment ("Equipment") and services ("Services") by Builtrite. Builtrite may alter these Terms including rates from time to time by 14 days’ notice to the Customer.
