By checking the box to agree to the terms of service you agree to, and enter into, this binding agreement with Dallas Truck Parking, LLC (“Owner”), hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement.” This Agreement shall have an effective day of the day the box is checked and money is paid for one or more parking spaces at 3805 Cleveland Rd. Dallas, TX 75241. The individual or entity using the parking space or spaces under this Agreement is hereinafter referred to as the “Licensee.” The individual listed as the main point of contact on Licensee’s billing information form, which must be completed by Licensee prior to payment of the Fee (“Billing Information”), is also responsible for adhering to the terms of this Agreement and is jointly and severally liable hereunder.
