This Parking Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Parkmobile, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with offices at 1100 Spring St. NW, Ste 200, Atlanta, GA 30309 (“ParkMobile”) and Town of Upper Marlboro, a Maryland municipality, with offices at 14211 School Lane, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772 (“Client”). This Agreement will become effective as of the last signature date below (the “Effective Date”).

By checking the box to agree to the terms of service you agree to, and enter into, this binding agreement with Dallas Truck Parking, LLC (“Owner”), hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement.” This Agreement shall have an effective day of the day the box is checked and money is paid for one or more parking spaces at 3805 Cleveland Rd. Dallas, TX 75241. The individual or entity using the parking space or spaces under this Agreement is hereinafter referred to as the “Licensee.” The individual listed as the main point of contact on Licensee’s billing information form, which must be completed by Licensee prior to payment of the Fee (“Billing Information”), is also responsible for adhering to the terms of this Agreement and is jointly and severally liable hereunder.

WHEREAS, the Town and Parking Company Name desire to enter into a long-term agreement to manage the parking facilities owned by the Town pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
