This Development Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into this day of , 2019 by and among the City of Payson, a Utah municipal corporation, hereafter referred to as “City” and Laketown Developers LLC, a Utah limited liability company, hereafter referred to as “Developer”. The Developer is the owner of the property contained in Villages at Arrowhead Park Plat D (the “Project”). The City and Developer are sometimes collectively referred to in this Agreement as the “Parties”.
