In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Stennis Space Center, located at John C. Stennis Space Center, MS 39529 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA SSC") and AEROJET ROCKETDYNE, INC. located at Building 9101, Stennis Space Center, MS 39529-6000 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "AEROJET ROCKETDYNE"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
