This Agreement is a statement of policy made between the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (hereinafter referred to as the “District”) and International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 18-S, AFL-CIO (hereinafter referred to as the “Union”) who have, through good- faith negotiations, reached certain agreements regarding the relationship of the District and the employees of the District.
