South Texas CollegeArt Exhibition Loan Agreement South Texas College, a public institution of higher education created under Texas law (“College”) and ("Lender") agree that the following terms and conditions shall govern and control this Art Exhibition Loan Agreement ("Agreement”). This Agreement shall be signed by all parties and shall be effective on the date of the last signature (“Effective Date”). 1.
