Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 150E of the General Laws of Massachusetts, this agreement is made to be effective July 1, 2017 by the School Committee of Dracut, Massachusetts, (hereinafter referred to as the Committee) and the Dracut Paraprofessionals Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association). This Agreement will supersede any agreement previously agreed upon between the two parties.
