This DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into on , 201_ (“Effective Date”), by and between the COUNTY OF VENTURA, a political subdivision of the State of California (“County”); and SUNNY KNOLLS, LLC, a California limited liability company ("Owner") and COLTON LEE COMMUNITIES, LLC, a California limited liability company ("Applicant") (Owner and Applicant shall be collectively referenced herein as “Developer”). The County and the Developer are sometimes referenced herein singularly as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” The term Developer includes all of its successors and assigns in the property described in paragraph B of the Recitals.
