It also describes the rights and obligations of Bay Bank. Please read this Agreement carefully. Your use of the Services with any device, including but not limited to cell phones, tablets, computers, or related devices, is covered by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. As an authorized account holder, you must abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement, and those provided to you at account opening, in order to use this Service.
