The University of Southern California, Keck School of Medicine (“KSOM” or the “Employer”) and Committee of Interns and Residents, Service Employees International Union (the “Union”) hereby agree to become parties to the following collective bargaining agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Contract” or “Agreement”). The parties each voluntarily agree to enter this Agreement, the Employer for itself and the Union for itself and the “Residents/Fellows” covered by this Agreement as included in the Recognition Clause.
