The Nashoba Regional School District’s Food (NRSD) & Nutrition Department shall provide school meals (breakfast & lunch) to the Darnell School of Hudson. These meals will be prepared at The Center School in Stow, MA, and will be transported by a designated person by the Darnell School. Nashoba’s Department of Food & Nutrition agrees to ensure that all meals received by the Darnell School meet all Federal, State and Local requirements. The Food & Nutrition Coordinator for NRSD agrees to process all applications for free & reduced meals, complete all monthly reports to the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, ensure compliance of all rules & regulations set forth by the USDA and DESE and ensure that all meals meet local and federal laws in regard to food safety & handling, dietary guidelines, and competitive foods.
