ADDENDUM to the Foodservice Agreement dated the 5th day of October, 2020, by and between Sauk County Sheriff’s Office, (hereinafter referred to as “Client”) and Consolidated Correctional Foodservice, a division of Consolidated Management Company (hereinafter referred to as “Consolidated”). This addendum is for the period beginning November 29, 2021. All provisions of the Agreement shall continue as written except for the following changes:

This agreement is between the City of Oregon City’s Parks & Recreation Department and the foodservice vendor at the following “Concerts in the Park” event.

The Nashoba Regional School District’s Food (NRSD) & Nutrition Department shall provide school meals (breakfast & lunch) to the Darnell School of Hudson. These meals will be prepared at The Center School in Stow, MA, and will be transported by a designated person by the Darnell School. Nashoba’s Department of Food & Nutrition agrees to ensure that all meals received by the Darnell School meet all Federal, State and Local requirements. The Food & Nutrition Coordinator for NRSD agrees to process all applications for free & reduced meals, complete all monthly reports to the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, ensure compliance of all rules & regulations set forth by the USDA and DESE and ensure that all meals meet local and federal laws in regard to food safety & handling, dietary guidelines, and competitive foods.
