On October 5, Milford Mayor Fred Albrecht issued a press release that was intentionally deceptive (or, better said, an outright lie). While demonizing a citizen asking for transparency from their government, he claimed Milford did not “purchase” the FCC land as apparently a defense for no appraisal and / or the outrageous price being paid for the land.
