This Agreement entered into this August 1, 2017, by and between the Local 10 MEA/NEA hereinafter called the "Association", affiliate of the Michigan Education Association, hereinafter called the "MEA" and the National Education Association, hereinafter called the "NEA", and the Flushing Community Schools, Genesee County, Michigan, hereinafter called the "Board". The signatories shall be the sole parties to this Agreement.
