THIS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is made and entered into as of [February 11, 2022] by and between the CITY OF WICHITA, KANSAS, a municipal corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of Kansas (the “City”) and R.R.M. PROPERTIES, L.L.C., a Kansas limited liability company (the “Developer”) (the Developer and the City are collectively referred to as the “Parties” and each a “Party”).
