This Agreement is made pursuant to the provisions of the Meyers-Milias-Brown Act (MMBA) and is between the City of Vallejo, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "City" or "Employer", and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 1245, AFL-CIO, a Labor Union, hereinafter referred to as the "Local 1245", the duly recognized employee organization representing the City's Miscellaneous Employees.
