THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between the TOWN OF WEST SPRINGFIELD (hereinafter referred to as the Town) and LOCAL 424 OF THE UNITED PUBLIC SERVICE EMPLOYEES UNION, which represents the West Springfield Custodians and Groundskeepers (hereinafter referred to as the “Union”).
