Prior to the Commencement Date, the Parties shall agree upon the form of Work Order. Upon reaching agreement on the form of Work Order, such form shall be included in the Service Management Manual. Such form may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time by the Parties, and such amendments, supplements and other modifications shall be included in the Service Management Manual.
