This Second Amendment to the Moving to Work (“MTW”) Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the United States of America through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) and Boulder Housing Partners (“Agency”) and is effective on the date of execution by HUD. Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement.
