This Amended and Restated Moving to Work Demonstration Agreement (Restated Agreement) is entered into on this 26th day of June of the year 2008 by and between the United States of America through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Chicago Housing Authority (Agency). The term of this Agreement shall begin on the Date of Execution by HUD and shall continue until the end of the Agency’s 2018 Fiscal Year, subject to meeting the evaluation criteria described in Section IV, unless such term is otherwise extended by HUD; and

This Third Amendment to Amended and Restated Moving to Work Agreement (“Third Amendment”) is entered into as of December , 2012 by and between the United States of America through the U.S. Department of Urban Development (“HUD”) and the Seattle Housing Authority (the “Agency”). Reference is made to that certain Amended and Restated Moving to Work Agreement entered into by HUD and the Agency on December 31, 2008 (the “MTW Agreement”), including, without limitation, Attachment A thereof (“Attachment A”). Unless otherwise defined in this Third Amendment, any capitalized term used herein shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the MTW Agreement.

This First Amendment to the Moving to Work (MTW) Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the United States of America through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) and (“Agency”) and is effective as of the effective date of the MTW Agreement, as defined below. Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement.
