THIS ARTICULATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into on August 2020 by and between Tennessee State University and Nashville State Community College. The parties desire to enter into a contract pursuant to which students of Nashville State Community College will be eligible for articulated course credits at Tennessee State University, according to the terms contained in this Agreement.
