This Membership and Account Agreement (“Agreement”) is the contract of deposit that covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning membership and account(s) offered to you. In this Agreement, the words “you” and “yours” mean those who sign the Membership Application & Signature Card or Maintenance Form (“Signature Card”). The words “we,” “us” and “our” mean Oregon Community Credit Union (“Credit Union”). The word “account” means any one or more share accounts you have with the Credit Union.
