This Agreement is entered into on this first day of October, 2022 by and between JEA and its successors, and the JEA Supervisors Association, hereinafter referred to as the "Association". It is the intent and purpose of the parties hereto: to promote and improve the efficient administration of JEA and the wellbeing of employees within the meaning of collective bargaining laws and regulations; to establish a basic understanding relative to discussion and adjustment of matters of mutual interest; and to implement mutually agreed upon rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, and other terms and conditions of employment; to provide a procedure for the adjustment of grievances so as to promote orderly and peaceful relations between JEA, its employees, and the Association.
