This Agreement is the contract which covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) services offered to you by Family Advantage FCU (“Credit Union”). In this Agreement, the words “you” and “yours” mean those who sign the membership application as applicants, or joint owners, or sign a card or use an electronic funds transfer service, or any authorized users. The words “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the Credit Union. The word “account” means any one or more deposit accounts you have with the Credit Union. The word “checking” refers to one of our checking accounts and/or ATM/Debit accounts. Electronic funds transfers are electronically initiated transfers of money from your account through the electronic funds transfer services described below. By signing an application, request for EFT services, using a Debit Card, or using any service, each of you, jointly and severally, agree to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, and any amendments for t
