The Owner and Architect hereby agree to the following terms and conditions (“Supplemental Conditions”) which, together with the Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and the Architect, AIA Document B133-2014 (“Agreement”), as modified and dated June 5, 2019, form the Contract between Owner and Architect for the OMI Novitiate –Godfrey, Illinois Renovation project (“Project”). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms and conditions in the following Supplemental Conditions and the Agreement, the terms and conditions in these Supplemental Conditions shall govern:
