As a result of recent discussions between the parties, the Company proposes to update the job definitions and lines of progression for Section 600.2, Exhibit VI-A, Materials Distribution Department. The updates reflect the re-designation of Marysville and Fresno associated with Materials Distribution Optimization (MDO) and inclusion of changes which have been negotiated since the last update in 1997. The specific updates are:
