STANDARDS FOR THE BOYCE PJT DEVELOPMENT (107 Boyce Street) (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the day of , 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by and between JIWON JUNG, an individual (including its successors and assigns, the “Owner”), and the CITY OF MANOR, TEXAS, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation (the “City”). Jiwon Jung and Build Block, Inc., a Delaware corporation (collectively, the “Tract Owners”) hereby consent to this Agreement for the limited purposes described herein. The City and Owner are herein sometimes referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
