DISCUSSION: NCS Pearson, Inc. is the producer of SuccessMaker Full Curriculum (Reading and Math Grades K-8) student instructional software. NCS Pearson’s proposal cost of $11,775.00 includes a Site License for 400 Students and twelve (12) months of software support and maintenance with direct response for twelve four (12) months. Funding for this purchase will be from Title 1 grants. CONTRACT TERM: The initial contract term shall commence August 13, 2014 and continue until August 12, 2015. RECOMMENDATION: It is the recommendation of Dr. Laura Rhinehart, North Area Superintendent, and Shari Tressler, Principal Mims Elementary, and staff to approve the attached agreement for SuccessMaker Full Curriculum (Reading and Math Grades K-8). Request authority for the Director of Purchasing and Warehouse Services to renew the Subscription and License Support contract annually. Contract renewal shall be contingent upon annual contract review and approval from the Principal of Mims Elementar
