Emergency Preparedness Program Effective April 1, 2015, it is mutually agreed that the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) referenced above is amended as follows: 1. Attachment C is added to address activities related to Ebola virus disease (EVD) and Infectious Disease Preparedness and Response. 2. The current Price Sheet is deleted and replaced with the Price Sheet of this Amendment.
