For the purpose of determining entitlement to holiday pay, the nurse shall be paid for the actual hours worked on the holiday at the holiday rate of pay. The hours of work to be paid at the holiday rate of pay shall commence at on the day preceding the holiday and shall continue to on the day of the holiday.
