This pre-tax election shall remain in effect until a new Retirement Plan Contribution Agreement is submitted to Human Resources. I understand the total contribution both employee and employer should not exceed the allowance under Section 403(B) or the limitations of Section 415 of the Internal Revenue Code. Excess amounts may be required to be refunded and applicable tax assigned.
