THIS AGREEMENT entered into this day of , 2005, by and between the City of Cape May, County of Cape May, a municipal corporation in the State of New Jersey, hereinafter referred to as the “City” and the City of Cape May Upper Management/Professional Employees, UAW Local 2327, hereinafter referred to as the “Union”, represents the complete and final understanding on all bargainable issues between the City and the Union.
