This Amendment (the “Amendment”) amends the Local Wholesale Complete Commercial Agreement (LWC) by and between AT&T-22STATE and Windstream Communications, Inc., Windstream Nuvox, Inc., Windstream Nuvox Arkansas, Inc., Windstream Nuvox Illinois, Inc., Windstream Nuvox Indiana, Inc., Windstream Nuvox Kansas, Inc., Windstream Nuvox Oklahoma, Inc., Windstream Nuvox Missouri, Inc., Windstream Nuvox Ohio, Inc., and Windstream Norlight, Inc. (collectively “WINDSTREAM”), executed July 9, 2009. AT&T-22STATE and WINDSTREAM are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
