In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Stennis Space Center, located at Stennis Space Center, MS 39529 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA SSC") and Innovative Imaging and Research Corporation located at Building 1103, Suite 140C, Stennis Space Center, MS 39529 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "I2R"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
