These Exhibitor Terms and Conditions supplement and form part of your Exhibitor Agreement with Life Time (together referred to as the “Agreement”). “We”, “our”, and “Life Time” means LTF Triathlon Series, LLC; “Exhibitor”, “you” and “your” means the Exhibitor identified in the Exhibitor Agreement. All capitalized terms not defined herein are as defined in the Exhibitor Agreement. If these Exhibitor Terms and Conditions conflict with the terms of the Exhibitor Agreement, the Exhibitor Agreement shall control.
