These General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall govern the conclusion and the substance of any agreement concluded or yet to be concluded (the “Agreement”) between D.O.R.C Scandinavia AB, having its principal place of business at Bettorpsgatan 10, 703 69 Örebro, Sweden, (the “Company”) and its customers (the “Customers”) with regard to the Company’s products and services (the “Products”).
