This letter agreement is intended to set forth the terms of your continued employment by Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. ("Marsh & McLennan Companies" or the "Company") as its Chief Financial Officer, effective as of January 1, 2016. This position currently reports to the President and Chief Executive Officer (the "Chief Executive Officer") of the Company. Your current principal work location is in New York, NY.
