This Master Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective as of the 30th day of March, 2010 (“Effective Date”) and constitutes the agreement between National Western Life Insurance Company (“National Western” or “NWL”), and Flexible Architecture and Simplified Technology, Inc., a New Jersey corporation (“FAST”) for FAST to perform the services and provide the deliverables described in each Statement of Work executed pursuant to this Agreement.
